Welcome to Độc Huyền's Reviews and Mini-Shop. Here I'll provide information about all the best stuff in the worlds of music, movies, books, and even toys, according to me. The main point for this page are the reviews, but the page also conveniently allows you to buy the stuff you like directly through Amazon.com.

If you do find something you like, please consider buying it through my links, as I'll get a small commission through Amazon and then I'll be enticed to continue writing reviews. Even if you don't buy anything I recommend but end up getting something at Amazon.com anyway, I'll still get a commission, so it doesn't hurt you and it'll help me. ^_^

Categories

Reviews are divided into three categories, each typically with a specific genre that I like. Check it out:

• Music
  - Reviews in this category will probably encompass four major areas, including Vietnamese traditional music, American hip-hop, classical, and world music. The Vietnamese traditional music will probably be the biggest focus, with world music falling in close behind. Although I'm a huge fan of hip-hop and classical, those albums tend to be covered quite well in their respective fields, so I'll probably only choose special albums.

• Movies
  - My favorite movies tend to be foreign films, particularly Korean and Chinese flicks. Basically, my reviews will mostly be East Asian stuff with occasional American stuff and maybe even other world stuff.

• Toys & Gadgets
  - I play with Transformers a lot. I also like electronics and random gadgets. Basically, everything that speaks to my inner-child that says "oooooh....bright lights" and/or "oooooh....robots" goes here.
